Chair massage at the Rec Center is available during the public school year roughly from September 15 to June 15, please call 203-733-8687 for dates and availability.
Ridgefield Rec Center Massage Hours (drop in or by appointment):
- Wednesdays 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Offering 10, 15 and 20 minute chair massages at the Ridgefield CT Recreation Center. Though individual or family membership at the Ridgefield Recreation Center is recommended, no membership is required to book a chair massage. Drop in at the rec center or call for an appointment.
