Virginia is outstanding at her many skills. She is 110% focused on her clients and their problem areas during her sessions. She has shown me valuable exercises to alleviate and remedy my problematic, pain, stress areas and my holding patterns. She is constantly educating herself to better her skills and practice. I don’t know what I would have done without her help to manage my physical job and the stress that comes with it and with life in general.
