I’ve been consistently going to Virginia for about five year. She is great, utilizing deep tissue, Swedish and trigger point massage as needed. I go with issues in my neck, and occasionally feet and hips and it is always a benefit to get such thorough massage.

Meeting Virginia at Loosen Up Therapeutics after I moed to Ridgefield was a very lucky experience (guided by excellent reviews). She is a rare gem. She is a talented bodywork practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She also listens carefully to what you say and how your body is responding to treatment, remembers and follows up on your aches and concerns, and is continuously learning and exploring treatments that can help. She has unearthed the root cause of several long-term issues I was having and has helped me through a serious back problem (communicating andworking together with my physical therapist, she helped me avoid needing surgery.) I would trust Virginia to help with any issue or just to deliver a wonderful massage that feels good, whether you prefer gentle or firm pressure. Also, her space is private, pleasant, and impeccably clean. Her communication is excellent, too. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I just had my first session with Virginia today, and I’m so happy with how everything went. Virginia is very knowledgeable, respectful, personable, and even made sure I had a place to park in their lot ahead of the session. She took interest in my areas of concern and taught me about anatomy and stretching. It was relaxing and educational all at once!Just book a session at Loosen Up- you won’t regret it.
